OUR MISSION
At Women Inspiring & Networking Transitional Home, we are committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment that promotes diversity, respect, and empathy. We are driven by the belief that each and every young person deserves a chance to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.

The girls group home serves as a safe and supportive residential facility for children in the custody of the Department of Family and Children Services (DFCS). As of the current date, the population of the group home will consists of female children aged 12 to 17.

The group home provides a caring and secure environment for girls who have experienced various forms of trauma or have been removed from harmful situations. These children are typically placed in the group home by DFCS due to concerns regarding their safety and well-being.

The population in the group home may include girls who have experienced abuse, neglect, or other adverse childhood experiences. They may come from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and socioeconomic statuses. The facility ensures culturally competent care and meets the individual needs of each resident.
